5. We had a couple issues with our bathroom (no shampoo, bad toilet) as soon as we checked in, but the rest of the stay was great.

6. The 2 rooms offered were so bad, we had no choice but to drive an additional 6 hours ( 10 hours total) through fair traffic and go home ( no rooms in Eugene or Florence) .
