1. Overall its a nice hotel at a very good location but paying for parking and no Breakfast was a problem but trying other hotels close by this seems to be the best option.

10. Lots of small fairly minor problems I was prepared to ignore, but an overflow of sewage from another room into our bath outlet, coupled with a non-caring management team made this an incredibly scary hotel to stay in.
