1. It wasn't a good way to wake up to such loud music, wish their conference rooms were sound proof or they should address the sound due to the proximity of the rooms to the conference hall.

6. They use the inexpensive indoor / outdoor carpet in the rooms and and hallways and as such the hallway noise is loud in the rooms.
