1. My newly hubby and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, it was very comfortable, nice friendly staff ( except for the black woman behing the desk she was pretty rude and cold) other staff very friendly and helpful.

5. After confirming twice (and in writing) that my 18 year old could check in without me, the rude manager would not let him, even though the room was prepaid and my son had a credit card with his name on it and id.
