3. unfortunately, mostly as a result of multiple Priceline reservations, I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occassions and have learned that competent service only occurs by accident.

5. One comment on location, while it was comvienent to our curise ship, unfortunately it wasn't in the best neighbourhood and the hotel staff recommended that we not walk around the neighbourhood in the evening by ourselves.
