1. The only negative was that the elevator was very slow, so i always had to wait for the elevator, no matter what time of day.

2. My only negatives (once the smell dissipated) are the tacky fake flowers everywhere, especially the single white ones which have dusty and discoloured gel, making it look moldy - use fresh flowers or don't bother.
