7. checked in mid evening, efficient staff, room small view terrible, sheets not properly washed, blood stains on a pillow case, room desparately needs a renovation, but they still overcharge with no breakfast or internet, westin glamour sorely needed or make a NAME CHANGE, my starwood card counted for nothing in choosing the rooom, isolated position, overpriced restaurant grill but very nice staff, staff poorly informed re surroundings the mall was a very basic for food options and types of stores, cant say much positive there are enough other options to give this a big miss.
