1. The Shuttle from the airport to the hotel took very long to pickup, but its free so whose complaining? Check-in/out was fairly smooth.

7. On checkout I complained and was told that there were no executive rooms in the hotel during construction, all rooms were the sam3 - so why did they let me pay the extra for one?.
