6. In fact, the whole hotel smells of smoke & after complaining about it the next day were told their clientele is mainly European & they have only partially non-smoking floors, which to me is sort of point less since smoke travels.

8. They just do the minimum of their job, which is fine- I can't really complain as they helped us with a car rental and whatever other questions we had.
