2. It is not worth to be part of the Holiday Inn chain also and Holiday Inn Corporate Management should seriously consider looking into complaints about the state of the hotel, the poor customer service and inferior hotel amenities.

3. Very poor service and it seemed like the waitress was also the cook - since the waitress would be gone for so long from the dining room after getting an order and comes back in with the order.
