3. Yes it's a loud party motel but when you just arrive off a 12 hour flight the last thing you want to hear is hip hop music blasting at you.

4. the staff don't know anything as they aren't locals, there are bed bugs and cockroaches and loud music plays through speakers right by the windows of your room if you are unlucky enough to get the roadside accomodation.
