1. I should`ve known this would be an ongoing problem when I first arrived to complain at the front desk, there was a lady in front of me SCREAMING because her a/c did not work, her roof was leaking and the television did not work.

3. We continued to complain, and they started acting rudely.

4. We complained a few times, and they sent the maintance person up, and he said that he would turn the heat off (whatever that meant) whatever he did did not help, they offered to change us to other rooms, but we checked them out and they were not any cooler.
