1. We had reservations at Sofitel Miami and cancelled them after walking in the front door - no one helped us, the place looked untidy and service there was awful.

3. The next day when I walked by again one of them asked for my moeny and when I said no he just yelled with awful racial slurs that I probably can't even mention on this site.
