1. unfortunately I did not read enough reviews to find out that the rooms on the outside of the building are noisy due to poor quality windows that don't buffer against traffic noise.

2. unfortunately, the shower water splashed all over the bathroom floor (no way to avoid it unless one did not take a shower -- no tub since there was no tub in the room, since it was designed without one).

3. unfortunately, I was upgraded to a suite with balcony facing 4th and woke up SEVERAL times during my first night to the sound of police and ambulance.
