1. If I had to do it over again, I would have went with one of the larger chain hotels (cost less and would higher up to avoid the noise).

2. 1) We chose the location - right outside the fabled French Quarter - on purpose to avoid the noise (and the reek) of drunken tourist revelry, but it turned out a double blessing.

5. The location of this hotel is perfect because it is within a few blocks of all of the Big Easy's major attractions, including Bourbon Street, Canal Street and the French Quarter--but at the same time, far enough away to avoid the boisterous crowds and traffic.
