1. Then most of our wedding guests stayed here and had complaints about the size of the rooms, which are tiny and a bit outdated, and about the staff, who were rude to a lot people at checkin.

7. We then encountered a rude valet attendant and could not find a bellman to help with our many bags -- at a full service hotel and for this price, you expect there to be one available.
