4. The staff here were really rude, the hotel is really loud and construction activity woke us up at 6:30 in the morning.

7. I am a very easy going guy who is in hotels 10 months a year for work and I don't get mad easily, but when someone is blatantly rude, I become enraged.

It was never about the FEE or the money, it was about the RUDE Behavior of a front desk agent that had no regard for someone who just spent a great deal of money with the company that employs himI will NEVER return here while in New Orleans, and I am in New Orleans A LOT along with 25 other representatives from our company and have already sent out an email alert and warning them not to stay at this hotel.

9. He roles his eyes and picks up the phone and calls someone to send a manager and stats the following : 'can you send a manager out for this person at the front desk' This 'person' just spent over 800 dollars for the company that employs you and pays your bills and you are going to be RUDE and disrespectful? A manager arrives but doesn't introduce himself.

10. I explain to him what was happening and what had happened and was rudely interrupted by Jonathan stating 'that is not true' He was now calling me a liar for telling the FACTS of what happened.
