1. VALET service was OK -- yet VERY slow to bring vehicle up and the hotel was next to empty -- again query of staffing/vs income (understood yet it affected our schedule twice negatively).

3. negatives: Housekeeping was poor; one day we got back at 3:30 in the afternoon to find our room was missed by the housekeeping staff, had to sit in the lobby (exhausted) to wait for the room to be done.
