9. There were other guests standing there saying they had lost their cars and/or their keys and had been there over 1 hours as well and guests who also gave up and retreived their own cars even though the rude girl there kept telling them that they couldn't do so.

10. After another 30 minutes or so I confronted the valet manager asking where my vehicle and keys were and was again told rudely that there was someone getting it even though I told her I had heard that for over 50-55 minutes.
