1. I thought at least the service would be okay, but even that was lacking: any time we asked for advice about the Acura experience or getting a taxi to the hotel, we were told that the parades meant we'd have to arrange other plans.

9. Coupled with smaller problems like lack of wifi in the room anywhere outside the bathroom, poorly flushing toilet, and shower that didn't really switch between tub and shower waterflow the whole stay was missing the general W quality that we enjoyed on our other stays with this chain.
