1. The downsides on check in were the extremely loud bar next door so you couldn't hear the receptionist and the ridiculous $10 fee whether you want to use the facilities on offer or not.

10. The downside to this hotel was that we were charged for parking and a mandatory "communication fee" which covers phone and internet service whether you asked for/used it or not.
