4. Before 9:00 Pm we were told that we had received 2 complaints of excessive noise, slamming doors, running in the halls or stairs, if we got one more complaint our whole group would have to leave.

5. The only complaint was that the DSL did not work in our room and we were moved to a better room, so they took care of it.
