3. Customer service is lacking- not real informed or helpful for the most part (there was one helpful young lady at check out, and check in was ok; but 2 staff did not know their own hotel info on the phone when called directly prior to stay.

4. Having just stayed at the Red Lion Portland Airport, I found this hotel to be lacking in decor, hospitality, and in the non-smoking aspect compared to that hotel which I would highly recommend.
