1. When we went to check in, there was a line to the door and only one person at the counter, staff is poorly trained, we were in line for at least 45 before we could check in, when we went up to our room it stank of cigarette smoke, so I had to change rooms immediately, it took the staff 1 hours to get them into another room, which smelled bad and I don't think our room had been cleaned.
