1. The only downside is $16/night parking; however, this is competitive for parking in the area.

4. Close by to a supermarket if you want to buy snacks/water which is helpful when you're there multiple nights; however the only downside is there is no fridge so we couldn't keep our water cool.

10. On the downside, the hotel will nickel and dime you to if you want anything else, such as local calls, internet access, the aforementioned refrigerator or microwave, parking ($12 per night), etc.
