5. My only complaints were 1) the pillows were high and rock hard (both me and the girlfriend had neck cramps for 4 days, even after I stopped using them), 2) there is no fan ventilation in the bathroom, and since the windows were locked, shower steam filled the room easily, 3) the bathroom door was sliding, and not necessarily 'sound proof', seemed like an after design, 4) paying for city view got me the wonderful view of the side street, that was a downer.
