4. My only complaints are that the bathroom was small and that probably contributed to the musty smell in it, which we determined to be from the shower curtain primarily.

5. I did call Best Western and they informed me that since these hotel chains are individually owned that all they can do for me is to let the hotel know we made a complaint and that there is really nothing they can do to help us.
