9. A/C not working, room not complete clean, TV not working, many things wrong but the good thing about it is that when I did call the Front Desk they take care everything right away, They do handle very well, Sergio and Adele.

10. Well let me start by saying they not deserve so many disrespectful and horrible reviews, yes the hotel is not one of the best, they have so many things wrong starting with The General Manager never been there.
