1. Black mold in the bathroom, stained & dirty walls, indifferent daytime clerk (but night clerk very friendly & helpful), all-night noise from the delivery trucks next door, ducks feeding on the algae and scum floating in the 'pool' - the experience was almost laughably bad.

2. 6) the shower was virtually impossible to get warm water (it was either scalding hot or ice cold)7) The side of my mattress had a huge dark brown stain that ran down the side of the mattress.
