2. Now this in itself wouldn't be a big deal to me, but I am paying a significant premium to stay in this high end hotel and also paying more for a suite - so naturally I would expect something nice.

3. Finally my husband got involved and figured out the issue himself - tisk tisk - it was a simple issue and the maintenance guy was clearly clueless but it wasn't a big deal.
