1. I called Ramada corporate and filed a complaint and was told that because the Ramada LTD is a franchise, it would be up to the specific hotel to resolve the problem/complaint.

2. I called Ramada headquarters to file a complaint and ask for a refund for the $79 and they said they would forward this to the manager and he would take care of it.
