1. A few small things bothered me (stain on the chair, only replacing one washcloth in the bathroom, etc), but I did have a big problem with service.

3. And there was a large wet spot on the carpet (not noticeable to the naked eye, but very noticeable when stepped on in socks), I assume it may have been the remnants of a pet stain which was recently cleaned up.

5. There was no luggage service so off I went with my luggage to my room which was small and definitely showed signs of ageing: wall paper peeling near the curtains, stains on carpets and for whatever reasons you can't open any of the windows in any of the rooms.

6. It is true, there were a few spots on the carpet that looked that they needed to be cleaned, but these were clearly stains and not from lack of vacuuming.

7. I am not sure the degree to which the hotel puts people who buy their rooms on Hotline in the less-desirable rooms (small, with carpet stains, etc.
