A few minutes before our food was scheduled to arrive, the kitchen called us to tell us that our breakfast would be five minutes late, they were very sorry for the delay, and could they add anything to our order to make up for the inconvenience? We thought this was extremely courteous - such a small effort on their part, but very appreciated by us.
