1. My shower had mold around the top tiles and the room was just generally worn.

2. On the other hand, housekeeping was pretty inconsistent-- every day we were missing something or other from the bathroom or coffee station-- and there were annoyances like the amped-up generic-disco music that pervaded the lobby, the elevators, and even the outside driveway at all times.

3. When our room wasn't ready at 4 pm we were given vouchers for a free breakfast which covered the buffet (very extensive), and that seemed like a generous comp.

4. If they can print one out, why don't they? Staff was generally helpful, but the managers don't talk to each other so there is limited coordination of service.

5. Location is ok in general - one can get closer in to the tourist attractions - but overall, it works for logistics and basic necessities (other than quiet from the roads below).

9. generally these are large hotels with myriad amenities, elegant lobbies and restaurants, very spacious and numerous meeting rooms with seating for hundreds, and are adjacent to convention centers designed to accomodate 6000-8000 persons.

10. Its in the basement and a little seedy but had the best general Tso`s Chicken I`ve ever had.
