1. The hotel is modern and fresh and comfortable to walk into: the foyer is spacious but with enough comfortable seating to make it pleasant to wait in and nice details like the flower arrangements which were worth a look just in themselves and enhanced at night with candles.

2. The upgrade for concierge level 9 access was quite nice, with an assortment complimentary hors d'oeuvres, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, sodas, water, juice, and beer and wine available throughout the day.

10. There is a CVS nearby and of course Starbucks but it's something you'll appreciate when you don't have to worry about being charged 10bucks for something so essential as a bottle of fresh water.
