Honestly, how come less expensive hotels offer
free
wifi but you pay for it when you pay $500 a night? This is a top rated hotel, for good reason.

The business center has three computers with a slightly glitchy printer with

internet (versus paying $12/day for wireless access in your room- an abomination and pet peeve of mine).
