1. This hotel is the best bang for the buck all the way around, they even offer a 2 for 1 card to 1/2 a dozen good local eating/and cocktail places.

The Suites' location is on M and 30th Streets, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of upclass Georgetown, which is Washington DC's main shopping belt for boutique brands (eg Zara, H&M, Adidas, etc), banks (eg Wachovia, Sun Trust, etc), and a couple of nice eateries (try Georgetown Cupcakes on M and 33rd Streets, which serves the best cupcakes in Washington DC).

10. Its best suited for business travellers and tourists not intending to spend time in the hotel itself because it dosent have a Pool or other such facilities.
