Lots of narrow walkways, traffic and construction have to be negotiated to get to a reasonably pleasant section of the waterfront; Starbucks and CVS, which is all that passes for a retail corridor near the hotel, close early on Saturday and are not open on Sunday; when I opened the sheer curtains on the windows, one of the long rods on the bottom of the curtain fell out; the heavy fabric decorative wall hanging above my headboard was partially detached when I entered the room, I restuck the sticky strip onto the bar that it was hanging on.
