1. Overall this hotel is very nice, clean, small rooms but is located in a nice area and within walking distance of almost anything you would like to see in DC.

2. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was that they charge you a parking fee (which we knew about) but then on top of that they charge you a parking tax.

3. I like it because it is near to the Mall and some good eateries named Brown Bag which does reasonable priced sandwiches etc.

This is a business hotel and fillers like me without per diem choose this hotel because of cleanliness and proximity to major sights (the Mall which is about half hour walk to Smithsonian Nat Hist museumOverall, if you can get an advance booking through AAA you might get better value/discount from this hotel.

5. I liked that house keeping didn't come at such early times as I have experienced in other hotels, even with the do not disturb sign on the door.

8. My room had a door the opened to the pool, but this door leaked like a sieve and let in all the street noise and chilly air.
