5. There was not a single item left on the bed in two of the rooms, one had a trundle bed in the way apparently, but all three rooms were noted as having the rooms completely done on the cleaning sheets that the front desk gets.

9. Upon arrival our room smelled of smoke (a non-smoking room), when mentioned to the clerk at the desk he stated it would be cleaned the next day.
