1. Hallways on lower level were cool and comfortable (local temp was 90 dgrs), upper hallways were QUITE warm, prob in neighborhood of 80 dgrs, but room was cool and comfortable.

2. It was 110 degrees out that day and our room was very hot when we arrived and it took forever to cool off.
