That didn't bother me too much - I appreciate that they have a fire alarm system, a first-
respons
e team, and a hotel-wide intercom system - but an apology or recognition of the inconvenience of the alarm malfunction at checkout would have been nice.

My colleague actually got a survey from the hotel about his stay and had been the one who rented the car so had given feedback on the valets directly to the hotel, but no

(I dont often find this to be the norm, even in Atlanta).

es from management on this website- if this hotel has recently been renovated, the interior designers ripped you guys off.
