4. The location is a big plus, just a few yards away from the midtown subway stop on a direct line from the airport and to the malls, really no need to take cabs.

5. Previous reviewers who complain about this might need to get out to the big cities more as this is standard and noted in many hotel documents-we were informed of the charge and expected it.

6. We were right next to the elevator and the housekeeping storage closet so we could hear the interworkings of the elevator shaft and the housekeeper loading up her cart a bit through the wall-it was not that big a deal so we did not ask to move.

10. The wear very helpful in directions, getting taxi and free breakfast was a nice added bonus nothing big, but it was just nice to know that they offer something to hold you over till you got in the flying bucket.
