1. My keys stopped working at one time and the cleaning staff who happened to be outside in the corridor quickly helped getting someone from reception come up with new keys.

6. It's a decent location, the rooms are quite big and look new, nicely decorated, huge bathrooms with double sinks, there's a complimentary light breakfast at the lobby every morning (pastries, coffee and juice) and free wi-fi.
