While the linens are soft, the pillows are great, and the bath products are indeed Aveda, the walls are truly paper thin, the industrial-strength AC system sounds like a jet preparing to take off, and the windows have no sheers or curtains, just silver metal venetian blinds you can't ever raise (and you can't open the window).
