1. Even though we liked the overall hotel, we felt our room was not a smoke-free room so we immediately called the desk and they switched us to another room which smelled the same.

10. Pillows looks flat and small, beds were older and out dated, bathrooms do not look like they have been redone since 1990s, and the room was small with no view.
