2. This hotel is very nice, has a great location for travelers coming in from the West, and this is huge, the have the FRIENDLIEST STAFF of any place I have stayed in the last 2 years.

4. The hotel was nice enough and the staff was professional, but our room was small (and we paid for an upgraded room) and no extras like a continental breakfast which is HUGE when you're busy and have a full day planned.
