6. I was dresding my 5 am arrival to LA from Maui, thinking that I'd have to then wait until the usual 3 pm check in but as luck would have it Claudia at the front desk was able to put me in my room on arrival :) AND gave me a late check out the next day :) The room was filled with all the amenities one could ever need and it was perfectly clean and maintained :) I practically had the whole bistro to myself for my morning bloody mary's and lunch was fabulous.
