1. You could be on the beach in 15 seconds & there is a convenient beach shower on your way back to your room to rinse yourself & gear off.

2. Very close to south Kihei beaches, restaurants on kihei road and also a convenient location to other attractions in east and west maui.

4. other than that its convenient for maui activities-going up the volcano and hana drive but I would never advise anyone stay there again unless you really can't afford anywhere else-I only used it as a base and was out all day seeing the sites however it wasn't even a good place to sleep as uncomfortable, ant ridden and noisy.

5. There is no restaurant on the premises, but at the condos next door, there is a fantastic (albeit somewhat pricey) restaurant overlooking the ocean, a shop with a fully stocked deli, and a convenience/mini grocery store complete with alcohol, souvenirs, suntan lotion, swimsuits, etc.

6. Clean, fairly inexpensive, good snorkeling, great whale sighting, convenient, small hotel w/ great room, friendly service, excellent location, would do it again.
