1. Everything from the registration desk telling us where to find the best gelato, to the Manager sharing the history of the hotel with us out by the pool.

8. We have stayed at other Coral Gables hotels in the past (The Biltmore and David Williams) but this was by far the best.

9. The best aspect of this hotel is the location, right on the Miracle Mile, so you don't need to drive to have access to lots of restaurants - keep in mind these are not cheap restaurants as Coral Gables is an expensive area.
